Our 5 steps approach
Submit Your Profile
Start your journey by submitting your application documents, including your CV/resume, passport, passport photograph, vaccination/yellow card, police clearance, and Candidate Information Form (Pre-Registration Form) available on our website.
Our recruitment team carefully reviews your profile to assess suitability for available international opportunities.
Farm-Ready Safety Training & Certification
Selected candidates enroll in our Agri-food Workers Safety Course & Certification (AWS2C) to prepare for international employment. The training covers workplace safety, farm operations, biosecurity, and professional conduct.
After completion, candidates receive certification and are prepared for suitable job opportunities.
Employment Offer Letter & Documentation
Eligible trained and certified workers receive employment offer Letter, onboarding support, compliance guidance, and visa processing assistance.
Employment Visa & E-Visa Assistance
Our team assists candidates with online visa application systems, documentation guidance, appointment preparation, application submission support, or full e-visa procedures where applicable. (Exemple New Zealand, Albania, etc…)
Travel & Deployment
Once the visa is approved, travel arrangements are coordinated, workers are deployed, and onboarding support continues.
